On Wednesday, May 21,2025 the Long Valley Veterans Association (AVAWT) attended a Memorial Day Celebration at Old Farmers Road school in Long Valley.
The morning started out with a wonderful breakfast supplied by the teachers from the school. A fag raising was planned, but to inclement weather we performed a flag folding ceremony for the student inside the school. The Long Valley Mayor, members of the School board, Police, and a NJ Sate trooper on the the bag pipes, also participated in the activities.
